Preconstruction & Construction Management

An integrated process from early planning through construction readiness, execution and closeout.

Five stages, from first conversation to warranty follow-through.

4

Active Construction

Mobilize, sequence and coordinate the trades; maintain quality, communication, accountability and informed client decisions.
